Characters of Nature

While traipsing around beach, desert, forests and everywhere in-between I sometimes come across what I call “characters of nature.” Others more specifically call them “faces of nature” but besides looking at nature and find that it sometime looks right back at you, I’m intrigued by the attitude in which it does so.
